Common questions

Where do I start?

Install the theme, open the theme editor and pick a preset. The documentation walks through menus, pages, collections and every section.

My About, Contact or FAQ page shows a 404.

Create the page in Online Store → Pages and choose the matching template (page.about, page.contact, page.faq) on the right. Theme files can't create pages for you.

Filters don't show on my collection.

Aurel's own filters appear once a collection has products. To use Shopify Search & Discovery instead, switch Filter engine in the Collection page section.

How fast do you reply?

Within two business days (Monday to Friday, Pakistan time), usually sooner.
