How we deliver
All work is done remotely and delivered digitally. Websites are launched on your hosting and domain, design files are shared in Figma, and reports and documents are sent by email or a shared folder. There are no shipping costs and no delivery address is needed.
How a one-time project runs
- You send an enquiry and we agree the scope, price and timeline in writing.
- You pay the 50% advance and send us every requirement, content item and login we asked for. We start once we have both.
- We work through six stages: Discovery, Structure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy.
- We design first. You approve the design in writing, and it is then final. Development starts only after that approval.
- You review the build and give one consolidated round of feedback.
- You pay the remaining 50% before delivery, and we then hand over the site, files and logins.
How monthly services run
- Monthly plans are paid upfront for the month ahead, and work for the month starts once it is paid.
- If a payment has not reached us by its due date, work stops until it is received. The month is not extended.
- You receive a written progress report every week.
Delivery times
- UI/UX Design: 1–2 weeks
- WordPress Website: 2–3 weeks
- Headless WordPress: 4–6 weeks
- Full-Fledged Package: 6–8 weeks
- Shopify Starter: 3–5 working days; Store Launch: 2 weeks; Store + Page SEO: 3 weeks; Store + Full SEO: 4–5 weeks
- SEO plans: work starts within 5 working days of payment
- Technical SEO Audit: the written report is delivered within the timeline stated in your scope
Times run from the day we have your advance and all the requirements, content, images and logins we need. If anything is incomplete or late, or feedback and approvals are delayed, the delivery date moves by the same amount of time. A deadline that moves or is missed because of incomplete or late information from the client is not our responsibility.
Changes during delivery
An approved design is final. Changes after approval, extra revision rounds and anything outside the written scope are extra work, charged at $35 per hour (about £27 or PKR 9,800) after you approve a written estimate. They can also move the delivery date.
Support after delivery
Project packages include 30 days of support after launch for bugs in what we built. The Full-Fledged Package includes 3 months of website care.
If we are late
If we expect to miss a date for a reason on our side, we tell you before it happens and agree a new one. If we cannot deliver at all, you can claim a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
