Who is responsible
The Elitico, a sole proprietorship of Muhammad Ahmed Asim Abbasi, Soan Garden, Islamabad, Pakistan, is responsible for your personal data on this site. Contact: hello@theelitico.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, company or website (optional), the topic and your message.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: your contact details and what you write to us.
- Projects and payments: project files, logins you share with us for the work, invoices and payment records.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security.
We do not collect card numbers, wallet PINs or bank passwords. Please never send them to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send quotes.
- To do the work you hired us for and send invoices and receipts.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse.
- To meet our tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who else handles it
Only the providers we need to run the business: Vercel (site hosting), our email provider (delivering enquiries and replies), our WordPress hosting provider, and the payment provider or bank that processes your payment. These providers may store data on servers outside Pakistan. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may use technical cookies or logs needed to deliver the site securely. If this changes we will update this page.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Project records, invoices and payment records: 6 years, because of tax and accounting rules.
- Logins you share with us: only for the length of the work, then we ask you to change them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, except where we must keep it by law. Email hello@theelitico.com and we reply within 7 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
